- We are following the CDC recommendations and conducting mid-day and nightly cleaning and sanitizing for all locations.
- The following sanitization procedures are required for all vehicles at Fox Motors.
- Service Vehicles are sanitized before inspection and before customer pick-up
- Test Drive Vehicles are sanitized before and after each test drive
- Sold Vehicles are sanitized before customer delivery
SAFETY
- We are implementing our Fox Back to Work Safely Program, which includes daily health screenings for all employees.
- The following social distancing practices are in place for all locations.
- Floors are marked to provide recommended safe distances in high traffic areas.
- All employee workspaces are arranged with a minimum of 6 feet of distance between employees.
- All common areas shared by employees will be limited so that each occupant can maintain 6 feet distance.
- The following procedures for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) have been implemented
- Employees, customers and vendors are encouraged to wear face masks
- Gloves are required for all employees while operating vehicles
- Sneeze Guards are being installed at designated customer facing locations in parts, service and sales.
- Hand Sanitizer is located in high traffic areas and entrances.

We are excited to announce that we are now able to Purchase and Lease Vehicles by phone, email and online! Fox is thrilled to work with our customers and allow you to Buy Your Way! At this time, we have decided to update hours for our service department to the following: Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and will be closed on Saturday.

We consider you as an important part of the Fox family. The safety and wellbeing of our community, customers and employees is a top priority. We have all heard of many recommendations from the Center of Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
With that being said,
the purpose of this email is to update you on precautions and the
adoption of our actions against Coronavirus (COVID-19).
- We have increased the level of disinfecting actions within our properties.
- Our cleaning company has increased the focus on door handles, entry doors and any other touch surface.
- You will notice hand sanitizer in many of our common areas.
- We are asking both employees and customers who may be ill to consider mending at home until their health condition subsides.
- We are internally reviewing all business travel and minimizing any and all outside meetings.
- With all due respect to everyone, we are discouraging 'handshakes' to respect the safety and hygiene of all.
These and many other actions will be used to continue our focus on the health and safety of the environment you deserve. We trust this will pass and that we all can return to a more natural environment as we expect in our daily lives. Until then, we will do our best to preserve a comfortable and safe surrounding.
